Erelu Bisi Fayemi Bags Chieftaincy Title of Yeye Oba of Erinmope-Ekiti


Her Excellency, Mother-General, Gender-Equality Activist, Philanthropist, Protection of Child’s Rights Advocate, Ekiti State First Lady, Erelu Bisi Adeleye-Fayemi on Saturday, August, 27 was conferred with “Fiwajoye of Otun Ekiti Mobaland” by The Oloore Oduduwa, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adekunle Adeayo Adeagbo, Ilufemiloye 1, Oore of Otun Ekiti and Paramount Ruler of Mobaland at his ancient Oore’s Palace, Otun Ekiti, Moba Local Government of Ekiti State, southwest of Nigeria.

Erelu Bisi Fayemi will be adding another unique and character-emulated chieftaincy title to her existing personage is overdue for, recognising her leadership role in Nigerian Society and at the global level.

The Investiture took place in the presence of Oluaye Oonirisa, Arole Oduduwa, Olofin Adimula, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Ooni of Ife, Custodian of Yoruba Race, Co-chairman, National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria and the foremost African Royale, the Royal Father of the day, among other eminent personalities expected at the occasion.

This will be a double honour on the same day for the Mother General, The Fiwagboye of Mobaland, Erelu Bisi Adeleye-Fayemi who will also be conferred with the honorary chieftaincy title of the Yeye Oba of Erinmope-Ekiti by His Royal Majesty Oba Dr Sunday Aikuirawo Aniyi The Obaleo of Erinmope-Ekiti.
